Annual Workshop Series 2010 - Franco-American Cooking
Meat Pies, Candy, Brioche & Crepes
The "Franco-American Cooking" workshop series offers lessons on how to make treats as passed down through generations of a few Waterford Franco-American families. You will also learn about their family traditions based around these special foods.

Each workshop will begin at 6:30 pm at the Waterford Museum.
Workshop Fee: $10 per person for one workshop or $25 for all three workshops.
Your workshop fee also includes a one year "Individual" level membership for new members. Current members can gift the free membership to a friend.
