The "Home Cooking Italian Style" workshop series
offered lessons on how to make Italian treats as passed down through generations of a few Waterford Italian American families. You will also learn about their family traditions based around these special foods.

Learn how to make homemade soft italian cheese from an expert in the field - Roger Savoy. Don't miss this event.
Each workshop will begin at 6:30 pm at the Waterford Museum.
Workshop Fee: $10 per person for one workshop or $30 for all four workshops.
Your workshop fee also includes a one year "Individual" level membership for new members. Current members can gift the free membership to a friend.
