Science and Technology Lecture Series
The Waterford Historical Museum and Cultural Center proudly announces our new Science and Technology Lecture Series. Enjoy splendid food, fascinating facts, great conversation and engaging company through the Fall and Winter at 7pm on the second Thursday of every month at a local Waterford restaurant.
Waterford has an active and working harbor with a dozen or more boats from around the world docked here throughout the summer. Weekly Farmers Markets and countless annual special events have made Waterford an important destination. Three world-class canals and lock systems are central to our local history. Peebles Island (the State Park set on an island), boat launches, fishing wharfs and numerous hiking trails draw thousands here every summer.
