| Come celebrate America's Franco, Italian and Irish roots at a day long food and music festival at the Harbor Visitors Center on the Erie Canal. The Waterford Historical Museum and Cultural Center is proud to announce that the Waterford Cultural Festival will take place on August 4, 2012 at the Waterford Harbor from 12 pm to 9 pm. | |||||||||||||||||
